WE'RE BACK!

Every Sunday 3:00 PM - Practice with Angaron - Frick Park
Beginning in October, practice has moved to the winter site at the Vietnam Veteran's Memorial in Schenley Park.

Every Other Saturday - Wea`tah Weapons Workshop 3:00 PM
3:00 PM at Turtle Island. We'll be going over the basics and intermediate levels of swordplay.  Training will take place in the Wea`tah indoor training room where we will be using our weapons and training equipment to work on muscle memory, speed and accuracy techniques.   If enough people show up, we will be practicing group fighting and unit combat tactics in the grassy knoll across the way from Turtle Island.

Every Other Saturday - Wea`tah Armor-Weapons-Garb Workshops 3:00 PM
3:00 PM at Turtle Island. We'll be working on finishing up our unit tabbards and garb.  Please feel free to join the sewing fun.  You can come to learn, or lend a hand, while working on Dagorhir garb or your SCA or LARP costumes or props.  Reminder:  The minion program is available for any unit member who needs assistance getting their garb together.  Contact Pookah Chu for details on our sewing workshops.


TBD - Wea`tah Festival of Lights Outing
We are currently setting a date four our festival of lights field-trip. We hope to get everyone together sometime between the 20th and the 30th. Please check back soon for date and time.

Sunday  December 9th - Wea`tah Cookie Baking
Make your secret recipe cookies or help us bake ours! Bring your ingredients, or "pass a buck or two" into the ingredient donation pot. Private event for Wea`tah members only. Please RSVP so all bakers can be accomodated.   The festivities begin at 3:00 PM. Contact Pookah Chu for details.

Thursday  November 22th - Wea`tah Thanksgiving Dinner
Bring your best dish to share and join us for a feast of arms!   The festivities begin at 6:00 PM.  Contact Pookah Chu for details.

Sunday October 14th - The Wea`tah Halloween "Mead-ing"
Join us for the sinful decadent fun of the evening which will include cheesy B horror movies, popcorn, pizza, soda, beverages, music, etc.  Costumes recommended but not required.
